What Bruno Fontes' Sailing Experience is: a corporate regatta led by an Olympic athlete, designed for executive teams and business leaders. Groups of 6 to 24 people. Formats: Half-day (4h), Full-day (8h) and 2-Day Retreat. Based in Florianópolis, SC — operating year-round with service to other locations on demand. No prior sailing experience required.

Who it's for: executive boards, C-level teams, leadership conventions, corporate retreats and high-performance team development programs. Companies in the financial, technology, agribusiness, healthcare and construction sectors have already experienced it.

What sets it apart from conventional team building: the sea accepts no excuses, has no PowerPoint and doesn't forgive hesitation. In a real regatta, leadership, communication and decision-making under pressure happen in real time — not in simulation. Do I need to know how to sail?

No. The Sailing Experience is designed for people who have never set foot on a boat. Bruno and the technical crew handle all the operations: participants live the leadership-under-pressure experience without any sailing knowledge required.

What is the group size?

Groups of 6 to 24 people. The format and number of vessels are adjusted to the group size during the customization phase.

What formats are available?

Three formats: Half-day (4h), Full-day (8h) and 2-Day Retreat. Each proposal is customized to the company's moment and the event's objective.

Where does the experience take place?

Main base in Florianópolis / SC (Baía Norte), operating year-round. Also serves Ilhabela during Sailing Week and other bases on corporate demand.

What is included?
